Business Models and Open Innovation

Henry Chesbrough developed the concept of open innovation, in which business models are an ingrained part of a company during more than 10 years study and research of Xerox. Chesbrough’s business model concept, as included in his studies leading to the open innovation concept, is based on real operations, decision-making and radical change at Xerox, IBM, Intel and many other companies – not some farfetched theory.
