The Customer Defines the Value of Innovation
In this YouTube video, Henry Chesbrough argues shares his insights on the statement “ultimately, it is the customer who define the value of innovation.” The project Value Driven Service Innovation (VDSI) is a research collaboration among BI Norwegian Business School, University of California Berkeley and the University of Oxford, Saïd Business School. The main results of this research project will be the publication of two new books within the field of service innovation, outlining both the model for service innovation as well as conversations with the leading thinkers and practitioners within the field.
