Open Innovation 2.0
ISPM Magazine published an article which says that the EU Open Innovation Strategy and Policy group (OISPG)–which unites industrial groups, academia and private users to support policies for Open Innovation at the European Commission–seems to be witnessing a new level of open innovation and an increasing sophistication and complexity associated with innovation. This paradigm could be described as Open Innovation 2.0. For the OISPG, Open Innovation 2.0 is an innovation model based on extensive networking and co-creative collaboration between all actors in society, spanning organizational boundaries and beyond normal licensing and collaboration schemes.
