Personal Qualities of the Open Innovator
The Nesta website reported reported on their work with 10 United Kingdom charities exploring ways of opening up their working practices to encourage open innovation. They found out a good deal about the behavior and personal qualities of the individuals who tended to lead innovation processes within their charities. These individuals are really important instigators of change, so they identified the behaviors and personal qualities that they saw in many of those trying to make change happen from within their own organizations.
