Using Open Innovation for IP Collaboration
The NewEurope website reports on the December IP Week and Open Innovation Conference in Brussels, which gathered a wide array of industry representatives with policy makers discussing and debating many issues dealing with intellectual property and the open innovation business model. It raised awareness to EU authorities, as well as to the industry itself, on the issues faced by businesses with their intellectual property and the use of open innovation and licensing issues, as well as the legal problems and solutions involved.
