5th Annual World Open Innovation Conference
The Garwood Center for Corporate Innovation at the University of California, Berkeley announced that the 5th Annual World Open Innovation Conference will be held Dec.13-14 in San Francisco. This unique event combines the latest in Open Innovation research with the open innovation practices of some of the world’s leading companies. This year’s conference theme, “Digital Transformation for Sustainability”, connects open innovation to the challenges of digital transformation and to environmental sustainability. Among the speakers are John chambers, former Chairman and CEO CISCO Systems; Cui Baoqui, Chief Innovation Officer, XiaoMi; Melissa Schilling, Professor of Management, NYU Stern; and Scott Stern, professor, MIT Sloan School of Management. Conference Chair Henry Chesbrough will welcome participants to the conference.
