Promotion of Collaborative Skills in an OI Environment
The Journal of Open Innovation published a research article which addressed the question how to promote individuals’ openness. The study was organized in an open environment, in which students worked in teams for solving real life problems in order to create new products and services. They had the opportunity to act not only within the University framework, but they were also encouraged to collaborate with specialists they needed from outside the University. The qualitative content analysis of the texts of the students’ reflection revealed how highly students evaluated the potential intergenerational collaboration outside the formal University frames.
